Mahayana's newest addition is our Breakfast & Taco Stand — a beachfront pop-up serving authentic Mexican flavors, crafted by our resident chef Juan de Castillo. Every dish is made with care, using fresh, quality ingredients — from juicy tropical fruit picked at its peak to tacos filled and plated to order.
Guest favorites not to miss: the huevos rancheros, a rich, satisfying way to start the day, and the fish tacos, crisp and bright with a squeeze of lime — both beloved by guests again and again. Feeling adventurous? Ask for the Salsa Ninfa, a cherished family recipe passed down from one of our own team members, for a hit of heat that's not on the menu but always worth requesting.
Exclusive to Mahayana guests, the stand is yours to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks — no reservations, no set mealtimes, just fresh food readily available whenever you want it. Savor it in the privacy of your beach home or seaside on the shores of the Caribbean.
A dedicated kids menu is also available for our youngest guests.
