Payment Schedule:
50% due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Nightly rates are in USD +16% VAT & 5% Hotel Tax.

Cancellation Policy:
All payments are non-refundable.
We hold your villa, especially for you and recommend travel insurance to cover your stay. Reschedule possible in the event of a force majeure. A force majeure is defined by one of the following acts: border closure, travel ban preventing the guest from reaching the guest's destination, named hurricane preventing guest from reaching booked accommodations.

A pre-authorization of $ 1000 (USD) is due at check-in and released 2 days after departure.
